We ship anywhere in the United States. Our shipments go through the U.S. Post Office in Priority Flat Rate medium or large boxes, but we may, occasionally, use a different size box as long as the shipping cost is to your benefit. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE POST OFFICE'S RATE INCREASE IN JANUARY 2018 WE HAVE BEEN FORCED TO RAISE OUR RATES TO MATCH THEIR INCREASE. Shipping & Handling for a medium box is $18 and $21 for a large box. Custom sized boxes will have varying prices. There is an additional charge for gel ice when shipping dairy products and we will ALWAYS work to reduce your shipping costs. 

  • We ship two to three day expected delivery (depending on your location) most anywhere in the United States (according to the post office these are the expected delivery times, but not guaranteed.) It will arrive when your mail is delivered. All items are individually wrapped for freshness.
  • Gel Ice is used when dairy or perishable products are shipped. There is a $1 additional charge for each pack. We use gel ice because it lasts longer than dry ice, does not dissipate and create shifting room within the box, and the gel ice packs are reusable at your end.
  • We do not ship our frosted cakes OR cupcakes. When ordered, frosting will be packaged in a separate bag and can be spread or piped on when your treats arrive.
  • Our whip cream items can be very fragile. We will do our very best to package your items safely, but some fragile items could crack or become damaged during shipping.
  • Our cookies ship, but some are more fragile than others and may come with a few cracks. We try to pack so this doesn’t happen, but it happens.
  • At time of order we will take your credit card information for final billing.
  • We ONLY ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. All orders must be in the post office by 3:30 PM so as much notice as possible is always appreciated. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS.

  • ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS YOUR BOX, THAT BOX IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. We are not responsible for late deliveries or damage to your box. All pastries and parfaits are shipped with gel ice to keep them cool while traveling. All boxes are shipped with $100.00 of insurance included in the price. If you’d like to purchase additional insurance please let us know when you place your order and we’ll add it on.
  • We have done everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but things happen beyond our control. They are shipped with a tracking number and insured. We have a copy of your order and all information related to your order on file at the bakery. We will do our best to assist with any USPS claims, but please understand we do this as a courtesy to help our customers and can't guarantee that we'll always be able to do this.
  • NEW INFORMATION: PLEASE NOTE THAT WITH THE SUMMER MONTHS APPROACHING WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR BETTER WAYS TO KEEP THE BOXES COLD. WE WILL START USING THERMAL LINERS IN THE COMING MONTHS FOR BOXES WITH PERISHABLES. THIS WILL SLIGHTLY INCREASE THE PACKAGING COSTS, BUT WE DON'T WANT ANYONE TO HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH OUR PRODUCTS. More information will be posted when we have finalized the pricing.
